Summary

Dissolve boric acid in water to prevent the nitrate/aluminum reaction.

Coat “Flash Cores #23” with a 1mm layer of this prime. For its own ignition, you still must use a color formula, glitter or flitter to ignite the “Flash Igniter #24” prime.
