We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. We cannot ship hazardous materials to Hawaii or Alaska. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery. We do not offer any protection against package theft. See the Require Signature section below for more info.
For expedited handling please select Rush Handling during checkout. This will prioritize your order. Rush orders received before 1:00 pm are usually shipped that day.
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to Fireworks Cookbook. In the event the carrier states that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate the package you will need to contact the carrier to confirm delivery. If they are able to confirm delivery and you are a possible victim of package theft (porch pirates) then you will have to contact the police. We do not offer any protection against this. If this is a concern for you it is recommended to select the option “Signature Required” during checkout
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped and the tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number or have a question about your shipment, please call (229)400-9078 between the time of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Fireworks Cookbook reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of your order. Please allow up to 6 business days for delivery depending on your location. Please see the image below for estimated transit times. These are estimates and not guaranteed.
