Potassium dichromate is very poisonous, so avoid contact and handle with care.
7/16″ cut stars will flash at 1-2 Hz with a burn time of around 4 seconds. Frequency and brightness may be alterd by changing the type and quantity of magnalium. Prime with a first layer of Shimizu Twinkler Igniter (see under primes) in a ratio of one pound per two pounds of dried stars, using NC/acetone as the binder. A final prime of meal is applied in a ratio of one pound per 7.5 pounds of dried stars, again using the NC/acetone binder.
