Ball mill for one hour. Charcoal is commercial air float. A better tail can be made by replacing 50% of the charcoal with 40 mesh home made yellow pine charcoal, which is added after the 60-15-10 mixture is first ball milled. Tooling used was Rich Wolters 1lb rocket tool. Case: 3/4″ I.D. x 7.5″ long Nozzle: 1/2 TBSP clay with 25% 20-30 mesh ground tile added. The tile grips better than commercial grog, and must be used for the end plug as well as the nozzle to prevent blow-outs.
