Very sensitve, mix only what you need.
Stir the Postassium Chlorate into a thin solution of NC lacquer until thourghly blended, then stir in the Antimony. Only make what you need to use and do not store. Dip the E-match heads in just enough to cover the nichrome wire. Let the ignitors dry, then dip the match about 1/4″ into a NC/BP slurry and let dry. Give the entire match head a final dip in NC all the way to the lead wire to waterproof and protect it.
