Summary

Potassium dichromate is very posionous and a suspected carcinogen. Handle with care and avoid contact. Strobe rockets should only be pressed behind a blast shield, as they have been known to ignite during pressing. Do not attempt this item without further research into making strobe rockets.

Bind with a solvent of 10% NC laquer. The barium sulfate may be replaced with other metal sulfates to obtain different colors. Copper sulfate must not be used, however, as its water absorption property will cause the magnesium to react with the ammonium perchlorate and eventually heat up to the point of ignition.
